  • Paralegal Studies Instructors
  • Fremont is always looking for great Paralegal instructors to teach in the classes in our ABA approved Paralegal Associate degree program. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service-oriented individual to help educate our students begin their journey toward their new careers. Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree or higher. A Juris Doctorate is preferred. Instructors need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to instruct classes and motivate students to learn. Instructor must also be knowledgeable in the subject matter in which they are providing instruction, and must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Although not absolutely necessary, the successful candidate would benefit from previous experience teaching.

  • General Education Instructors
  • Fremont is hiring General Education instructors to teach oral and written communication, quantitative principles, social sciences, and critical thinking using its proprietary Professional Action Learning method. Instructors will also be responsible for advising and tutoring students. Applicants must have a Masters degree or higher and a minimum of 15 units of college-level coursework in the specific subject area to be taught.

  • Wellness Instructors (Massage & Sports Therapy)
  • Fremont College is currently recruiting Massage and Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation Instructors to teach classes in our Wellness Program. Applicants must have an Associates degree or higher with a minimum of four years of industry experience. Instructors need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to instruct classes and motivate students to learn. Candidates must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Recruitment Specialist
  • We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Human Resources Department. The Recruitment Specialist will utilize progressive sourcing techniques , review resumes/applications and interview applicants, conduct reference checks, and administer candidate skill and personality assessments. The Ideal Candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 3–5 years of recruiting experience, and be self motivated and driven to succeed, able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Director of Online Education
  • Fremont College seeks an "online education visionary" to help develop and grow our Online school. The selected candidate will hire, mentor, and manage our online faculty and staff. Your primary responsibility is the administration of our online educational delivery objectives. You will also assist with curriculum development and implementation; planning, budgeting, student advisement and retention. This position requires an experienced online manager: 3–5 years of online teaching experience a plus. Graduate degree, ability to manage remote employees, work flexible hours. Knowledge of web and online learning technologies required. Experience with accrediting bodies, specifically ACICS and NEASC preferred.

  • Director of Marketing
  • Fremont College is seeking an experienced marketing director, with the ability to both direct and execute SEO, SEM, PPC and Social Networking strategies and communicate our unique message to our students. The Ideal Candidate will have a proven record of success increasing site traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness, be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal, thorough knowledge of the most current SEO and SEM techniques, understanding of site analytics tools and familiarity with social and professional networking sites. The Director of Marketing will use marketing strategies to obtain qualified leads and starts, while decreasing cost per lead and increasing overall conversion rates, use data to analyze and understand the customer base to develop effective marketing strategies, develop forecasting models and continuously measure, reevaluate and fine-tune keyword terms, direct search engine marketing efforts to grow traffic from all major search engines, analyze competitor campaigns to improve internal results, provide weekly reporting, attend periodic meetings, and provide follow-up documentation to manager and internal teams on next steps and critical needs, make basic HTML changes to page templates, maintain and audit all published content, performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • Dean, School of Design
  • The Dean of the School of Design will be responsible for providing vision and hands-on operational leadership in academics for the Design Program. The Dean will help to shape the future of the school, articulating a vision and hands-on knowledge consistent with the College's approved on-ground and on-line strategic plan, defining its standard of excellence, the directions of its growth and new and multi-disciplinary connections across the college. The Dean will be responsible for new student recruitment, faculty training and retention in the School of Design. The Dean will be responsible for managing the resources of the School of Design, its academic programs; its faculty, staff, and students; its facilities; and its budget. The Dean, who reports to the Chief Academic Officer, will work collaboratively with the Chairman & CEO, Dean of Education, Director of Operations, Campus President, Director of Admissions, Program Directors, other Deans and Department Chairs to advance the mission and vision of Fremont College and its school of business. The college anticipates that the new Dean will bring a distinguished record of academic and management success and a record of scholarly achievement. However, candidates whose leadership abilities and accomplishments in the Design industry could translate well to academia also are welcomed and will receive serious attention. Strong strategic and operational knowledge of WASC or similar regional accreditation required. This position requires that only candidates with an MFA in Graphic Design apply.

  • IT Support Developer
  • Fremont College is seeking an IT professional to provide technical support. The IT Support Developer will be responsible for the development of custom applications, automation of many workflow items, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of computer/server/peripheral issues; installation of hardware components and software applications; routine maintenance; research, assessment, and implementation of new systems and technologies; end user instruction and training; and systems documentation. The Ideal Candidate will have 5 years of software development experience and 3–5 years of Technical Work Experience for hardware and desktop support.

  • Admissions Representatives (English and Bilingual: English/Korean and English/Spanish)
  • Fremont College is seeking an Admissions Representative who thrives in a sales environment. Duties include contacting inquiry leads, scheduling on-campus appointments, conducting interviews with prospective students, giving campus tours, and qualifying applicants to enroll. Positions are available for English speakers and for bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) applicants. You must have excellent telephone skills and successful sales experience in a goal-based environment.

  • Executive Assistant
  • We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Executive Assistant for the Chairman and CEO of a professional college currently in a significant growth phase. The candidate must be extremely organized and professional with great critical thinking skills. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate will also manage medium to heavy phones, act as the point person to write and edit company correspondences and internet blogs as well as manage basic office needs. This key employee will be the voice and face of the College and the Chairman and CEO.

  • Director of Corporate Compliance
  • The primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison to WASC on behalf of Fremont College, as well as oversee Fremont College’s compliance with its various state agencies for online education, its regional accreditation body, and the numerous federal regulations under the Higher Education Authorization Act. The position will also assist in the logistics of the College’s strategic planning efforts. Must have knowledge in Regional and National accreditation procedures and processes and Compliance regulations required by the federal government for higher education institutions.
