As CEO of Young Presidents’ Organization, Mr. Martin increased the number of YPO International offerings by over 300% to an all time high. He increased the overall quality ratings on YPO International offerings and membership satisfaction ratings to an all-time high, expanded operations globally, and improved the organization’s financial health.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Martin was Director and CEO of Burnham Pacific Properties, a publicly-traded REIT. Under his leadership, the Burnham grew into the largest owner of retail centers in the West Coast and one of the largest in the U.S. with a portfolio value exceeding $2 billion, including a $1 billion joint venture with the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS).
