Fremont College Accreditation
Fremont College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) to award Associate of Arts degrees (AA), Associate of Science degrees (AS), and Diplomas. The ACCSCT is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education. This accreditation qualifies Fremont to participate in several Federal Financial Aid Programs, which provide grants and loans to eligible students.
Fremont College is also qualified to accept tuition assistance from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the California Department of Rehabilitation.
Additionally, Fremont is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocation
Education (BPPVE) as a California degree-granting institution.
The College’s Paralegal Studies program is one of only 25* such programs in the state of
California approved by the American Bar Association.
